Closest (per trade value chart) would be:
GB's: #28, #140 & #171 (719 pts) for
Sea's: #41 & #72 (720 pts)

I'd love this (or similar) trade if it happens.
Im normally in agreement with you but if your were our GM? Pre draft
Id have to kidnap you and get you drunk and not release you until Day3 to prevent this trade. Lol

It would be like trading places with Dan Akroid

The trade chart I use would be GB #28 and #228 (212 pts.) Sea #41 and #72 (213 pts.) I also agree the team moving into the 1st round should pay a little more so I would be happy with getting #40 and #72 for #28 and #258.

Agree. The 5th year, especially on a QB, can be very valuable. I'd actually prefer they get a 2nd in 2022 and a 2nd in 2023 for that #28 pick. I don't expect the Seahawks to be all that good in 2022, so the 2023 pick might be in the 30's.

Another thought, if the Packers REALLY like someone at Seattle's #9 spot, trade the 22nd and 28th picks for #9 and #41. That allows the Seahawks the chance to get the QB they want and a decent player.
Sea- 9 & 41 equal 536 pts. GB 22 &28 equals 462 pts.

I’m thinking trading with Seattle

#28 for #40 +72

Then again

#40 plus #92 to get #27.

I will vehemently oppose a trade up in the first unless all it costs us is a Day 3 which would mean it was a spot or two slide up...trading up in the first for anything other than a QB I will forever think is DUMB if it costs more than a Day 3 to do so IMO.

I fear that Gute wants Olave so badly that he trades up to #9 w/ Seattle to get him, costing GB both #22 & #28 (with maybe a 5th coming back if Seattle feels generous). I would MUCH rather get Burks, Watson or Pickens AND Hill, Cine or another edge or interior DL, as much as I like Olave.

I think its going to come down to QB's VS WR's in round 1. Some of the QB needy teams might decide that none of the QB's are really worth a high pick and they will either take a WR or trade with a team that wants a WR.

If that happens and 7 or 8 WR's go in Round 1, I'm going to blame all the big WR deals that happened this offseason for fueling it.

What that might create though, is a demand for the Packers #28 pick, for one of those teams that passed on a QB to try and trade back into Rd. 1 for a QB. Maybe the Texans would give up picks 37 and 68 to do so.

With 4 picks in the first 60, I don't expect to see Gute sit on those 4 picks.

IMO. Houston does not consider themselves a QB needy team. They can be patient with Mills for another year. If they feel he is not an NFL level QB they will most likely have another high pick next year in what is suppose to be a better QB class. IMO. The QB needy teams are PIT-N.O. (both pick ahead of GB). IND (not their M.O. to trade up). DET (I believe they will use pick 34). CAR- only if they trade back. ATL- another team I believe waits until next year. SEA-most likely to call GB. Non 1st rounders- NYG, WSH, & TB. Of course all of these are IMO.

could someone trade with GB to jump back in and get a QB? sure, but man, I had to go back 15-20 years to find 4-5 instances where someone traded to move up and take a QB on the backside of the 1st round with one being GB to move up 4 spots. Jackson was about the biggest name where someone moved back into the 1st to take someone.

so while it can happen, i'm not really counting on it, seems pretty unlikely.

Detroit has #2 & #32 and is looking at QB's with #32... if someone else is out there & wants to jump in front of Detroit they'll be calling KC (for #29 or 30), Cincy (#31) or GB for #28. Possible, yes, likely ???

Welcome aboard JD. You need to designate one of your draftees for the 6th round. Rules are all rounds must be represented. Please edit your original list.
Thanks
How do I do that? Repost?

All depends on what happens in the first 20 or so picks. There are a number of QB needy teams, but the pickings aren't that great and they may not want to spend a top 20 pick on one. However, if that happens, one of those teams might be thinking "crap, I didn't think that QB would still be around at 27, lets move up and grab him."

Who knows, they may very well wait, but as you pointed out, Detroit is sitting there at 32 and 34, might be worth trying to jump ahead of them for one of those teams.

Gotta have a 6th rounder according to rules of the game - even though presently we do not have one.
