While the Packers need to improve their offensive line a blocking tight end isn't a top priority.
Care to elaborate? With as many sacks as Rodgers has taken this year, plus taking into account the salary he is earning, I'd say anything to protect Rodgers is the top priority.

The league as a whole has mostly moved on from blocking tight ends. Once again, the offensive line is in need of an upgrade but the team has other positions in more dire need of improvement, therefore a blocking tight end shouldn't be a priority next offseason.
