I found Arkansas and Missouri to be similar. Illinois to be very severe, almost desolate. Wisconsin was very loose, more so than Arkansas or Missouri. Thinking about that some, I was not surprised. My major take-away overall for the last 6 months is that people in higher density population areas are much tighter on the “lockdown” measures than the more rural areas are in Arkansas and I can only presume this holds true in most states.</blockquote>
