I just watch Dew Brees break Peyton Manning's and Britt Favre's passing record of 71,940 yards
on Monday Night Football and have a question.

When we know it was bound to happen tonight, why can't these retired guys (Favre and Payton) or other greats be there in the stadium for Dew Breese and all football fans?

The NFL is criticized for so many happenings lately, why don't these great players represent the NFL when records are achieved and be there.

And why doesn't Favre show up on the sidelines attending more Packer Games?

Just a Thought

Family obligations? Not invited? Business obligations? Don’t want to take any of the spotlight away from the new record holder? Know that there are at least three more qbs that will break the record in the future now that passing and receiving records will fall like the home run records did during the steroid era due to the changing of the rules?

There are many reasons, so who knows, but if I want to see Manning, all I have to do is watch tv. He is on more than the newscaster on local tv.

Probably got better things to do than worry about who got employee of the month at their old job.
