Was going to avoid doing a draft, but post Senior Bowl seems as fitting as any other time... I enjoyed the story style but let's keep it shorter, but provide a brief overview: When 29 comes up I looked at my board and saw a lot of guys I liked on my board and without any of my top flight CBs falling (Horn, Stokes, Surtain and Farley) to me the value was there to trade back and prepare to maybe sling forward then after. Traded 29 for 42 and 114. You'll notice 3 Corners are selected in this draft, two are IMO type of guys that will deliver impact out the gates and Elijah Molden I pulled the trade up scenario watching him still there in the 3rd - traded 140 (4th) 178 (5th) & 217 (6th) for #84. Gute and company sees if lightning can strike twice from the UCLA well - taking one the most intriguing and guys that showed up at the Senior Bowl in iDL Osa Odighizuwa. I knew I wanted a WR at some point, and at 114 I'll be honest folks the pick came down to four guys on my board that are neck and neck for variety of reasons; Sage Surratt, Anthony Schwartz, Dazz Newsome and Josh Imatobhebhhe. All are insanely gifted and provide different benefits. Surratt is the most all round complete guy so I drew his straw. #42 - Tyson Campbell CB - Georgia Possibly one of the most athletic CBs in the draft, would walk in with the expectation of starting opposite Jaire from Day 1. #61 - Dillun Radunz OT - North Dakota State RT for now most likely with Bahk's future replacement quite possibly what he grows into. #84 - Elijah Molden CB - Washington I have him circled as an outside shot at playing on the outside, but most likely a very very good slot/nickel use DB right out the gates. #92 - Osa Odighizuwa iDL - UCLA Ooober athletic, a thinner DL body type but could very quickly be a deadly pairing with Clark and Keke #114 - Sage Surratt WR - Wake Forest Arguably a complete WR, albeit just not polished really well in anything but good in everything. Smooth guy that could become something special with time and growth. #133 - Kylin Hill RB - Mississippi State Dude is a Mid-Tier RB I've had circled for a while, showed out at Senior Bowl and is a great pairing stylistic wise with what I assume with be a backfield with Williams and Dillon #172 - Tarron Jackson EDGE - Coastal Carolina He is a little too slight, but his ability to rush the passer is IMPRESSIVE and we instantly have the depth behind Gary and Z (and Garvin some) with the loss of Preston expected. #209 - Drew Dalman iOL - Stanford His potential value is too immense here. Starter at center with some guard experience, will enter camp battling for C role vacated by Linsley along with as many as three others. #252 - Bryan Mills CB - North Carolina Central I LOVE this guy, small school dude that shows the raw traits of being an excellent find...he has never had to show it against high caliber competition, but did above average at the Senior Bowl and should be selected in the draft IMO.
