Here’s a WR that was a consensus top 150-200 selection in the 2022 draft that slipped a little to the beginning of Round 7 (#229). He was selected by Seattle just 2 WR’s before Samorie was selected and made their PS.  We can tell the Packers had radar on him because we poached Bo from the Seattle Practice squad and used a 2022 active roster spot to do so last December, (which is required to steal a player from another Squad)One thing that’s going to be in Melton’s favor is he’s a 2nd year player. Dubose is now slipping behind in pecking order due to missed time and that bodes well for Melton. He’s been kinda flying under the radar, but impressing in Camp and getting noticed.  He’s very similar in style to Reed (slightly inferior to him) and that might not help his cause. However his college production was hampered by below average QB play.[ATTACH=full]19299[/ATTACH]That 2022 WR class was both talent heavy at the top and talent thick all the way to the bottom of Round 7. After watching him and reading up on him, I think we got us a later 5th-mid 6th Round type talent in his 2nd season and we didn’t use a draft pick to get him. How he fits in our group (not overlapping roles) is his biggest concern.  He’s very similar to Reed in many ways and maybe too similar.</blockquote>
