I'm not displeased with him, nor am I sounding the alarm on him. But when your team has shown the vulnerability of big time let downs more than a couple of times, we need to be objective and at least ask the question of what LaFleur could be doing better to motivate and galvanize the team. In the big picture, I'm sold on LaFleur. But we've seen things go big time wrong on multiple occasions now. So I don't want to completely let him off the hook for that. Everyone needs to look in the mirror.</blockquote>
