I think however that he has taken a passive approach in rebuilding our G rotation. I think he has tried, for the second straight year, a solution which will work if given a miracle. To think a LT can transition into a LG position in all of about 2 months of slow paced action isn't as bright as it seems.TT might have played the easy way out with this line, and it could cost him big time. My problem now is that we have a first year coach, first year OC, and a first year DC. That is some major warning signs for me right there, because the coaches need time to get into their comfort zone, then, and only then, can they begin to get their players in a comfort zone. I think we say the first year coaches on a learning curve pre-season game 1, and that is why our players struggled so much.</blockquote>
