I see way too many "homeless" that are just unable to cut off their addictions, many of which started with just getting high. It is only insignificant if it is insignificant. If you have to smoke a joint in the morning to get going, one or two at lunch to keep going and then hit the blunt after work to wind down, there is a problem. Some have that problem. Not all, maybe not even many, but some need it to function. That is an issue for them.And yeah, I was a teen in the 70's and no angel. But I didn't and don't let anything determine how my day goes or how I will feel.</blockquote>
