I'm very excited about how much better he seems to have gotten at that aspect of his job over the last several years. I think he's a man who learns from his mistakes - his dad was legendary for that as a college coach, and as a young college coach, Brian had a reputaion among the older staff as a kid who rarely made the same mistake twice.Pretty good trait in a GM.</blockquote>
