Some of your memories are better than mine but I now that you mention them some painful memories return. I know why I don't have those memories in the forefront of my mind. Pack is Dvine etc. I will never forget driving away from the old Met in Bloomington will lots of Packers stickers my brother put all over my Dad's car and having so many Viking fans honking, pointing, and laughing. I grew up in Minnesota in the 70's. It was tough being a Packer fan. I do not think that things are that bad as the people who vented here after the Viking game. The Packers are better than their record to date in 05 indicates. I was suprised how many vociferously disagreed with me. I hope Brett keeps playing though 2009 and Ted Thompson works some magic with the draft and the cap money he will have next season. It will take time to make up for the drafts under GM Sherman. I don't want a new slogan, new coaching staff, new schemes that take a couple of years to learn. What usually happens is a new coach brings his staff. I like the defensive assistants the Packers have now as well as our O-line coach.
