This Sunday will be our last WR lab test before finals week. Lazard and Kumerow are like wild cards. Both have shown nice flashes of their potential, but neither have the quantity of consistency needed to rely upon as bonafide starters. I think Lazard just needs more time and could be that diamond in the ruff. Do we cover him back up? Tough choice.We also signed Ryan Grant for insurance. Ryan is a utility receiver and is a veteran compliment as a reliable #3. If we forgo adding another talent, I suspect we will see him activated in the next couple weeks. While he’s not a bonafide #2, he has shown much potential as a possession receiver and seems to thrive in big games and under pressure, enough to warrant a 4yr/29M contract last season. Also enough to separately land a 5M 1 year deal after he failed his physical. He’s not a slouch and Aaron Rodgers could likely turn him into a reliable #3 weapon if he passes the eye test.</blockquote>
