I was all behind them last night until I heard Suh named at LOS. I'm so glad that animal didn't get a ring.

Hate Suh, but like the way Rams have set their team up for success. Mixed emotions, but I'd gladly have taken the Pats loss.

I was rooting for the Pats and if you know me, that's something.

Rams and teams like them ... An attempted PURCHASE of a Lombardi ... Bought and paid for super "talent" to expedite the process... Regardless of character - that's where Suh comes in - I was happy to see the Rams lose....and then to have their vaunted offense stuffed by an old coach and team made it more enjoyable.

Interesting to see where the Rams go from here. At some point, they're going to have to pay Goff, which will inhibit their ability to bring in every high-priced free agent that becomes available.

The Broncos were able to make it work: They had two shots at a title, and they got it done the second time around. That was followed by the inevitable collapse as the rented talent departed. I'm not sure how much longer the window is going to remain open for the Rams, but it likely to close sooner rather
than later.

I guess Goff will be looking to receive a new contract this offseason.

After his 2018-19 performance, I suspect he'll receive a hefty raise.

Albeit, not quite as hefty as it would have been if he'd beaten the Brady Bunch.

You're most likely right about it although the Rams shouldn't break the bank for him by any means.

2 teams are going to regret paying Goff and Foles a lot of money.

I don't know that Goff will ever be elite. Interesting graphic during the SB. Goff's first 11 games, and the next 7 leading up to the SB. Big difference. The SB was even worse. Now that teams have a 'book' on him, has he been figured out?

Quite possibly. The price-tag for quarterbacks is greatly inflated, and these two guys got their respective teams to the Super Bowl.....Any agent worth his/her salt is going to make the most of that.

Cha-ching!

I think both were the weakest links on their respective offenses. Neither is good enough to overcome the lack of a very effective running game and while Foles is a nice story, it should have been apparent to everyone in the Saints game that he’s pretty limited.

They won on 50/50 balls and running. And when they couldn’t run, they couldn’t complete enough 50/50 balls to matter. Tossing the ball to an open part of the field only works when the defense is running to another part of it leaving it vacated.
