People will say you can't count on a rookie WR being a "starter" and maybe they're wrong and maybe they're right. Honestly, I don't care. That label doesn't change anything on the field. What the Packers needs are certain skill-sets integrated in the offense. Specifically, they need play making ability after the catch and they need consistency moving the chains on 3rd downs. Can they find those things in a rookie?
