Can be a highly productive NFL player but ceiling looks to be limited.</em></p><p></p><p>CBS Sports (where you´ve got the more positive scouting report from) has Perryman ranked 74th overall and as the 3rd best ILB, 37 spots behind Eric Kendricks.</p></blockquote><p></p>
