Brett obviously knew Chatman could take the chewing out and be where he was supposed to be on the next play.That is called gaining trust and showing respect for a guy who never once slacked off when he was on the field.He made mistakes but he made many more great plays to make up for his mistakes. You don't just go out and draft or pick up a guy in free agency with Chatmans qualities.Oh well TT says he is to small so it must be the truth.</blockquote>
