The team is flawed. Special teams blunders, HHCD running his mouth, Montgomery disobeying orders, disjointed offense, questionable decisions, awful game management, etc.I've supported Mike McCarthy a lot in the past. But this marriage has ran its course. Until McCarthy is gone, nothing is going to change for the better for this football team.</blockquote>
