Each back had 2 quality runs at best and a whole lot of bad ones.  There is no other way to slice it really.  if you go zero, zero, zero, 15, 2 for a 3.4 yard average, that's not nearly as productive as 3, 4, 2, 5, 3 for a 3.4 yard average.    Down and distance is going to be much more in your favor more often than not with the 2nd scenario over the first and will open up play action passing and make a defense have to defend the run.  We're more like the 1st scenario and have been for a number of years.  They need to get better.</blockquote>
