Message: <blockquote data-quote="Mondio" data-source="post: 760606" data-attributes="member: 10441">They can, and do.  Can always identify 10 plays in probably every game that would have extended this drive, put in FG range, dropped TD, etc.  I tend to put more weight on plays that happen later, like 4th and 26, just because they happen later.If it happens in the first quarter there is 75+% of the game to make up for it.  And when one thing happens that early everything after would change from personal groups, play calls, strategies, etc.  But like with the Fail Mary or 4th and 26, not much else would be different other than the outcome of winning and losing.  But I do agree, a game is won or lost on a lot more than just one play.  Or they'd just line up and have one play for all the marbles</blockquote>
