not no but eff no...this is all talking heads type crap for the US Open. Buck loves himself. That's about the extent of it. He can take that fair weather ***** and put it where it belongs.

Buck doesn't bother me. It's Aikman's commentary that makes me wanna drink bleach.

I can honestly say, I know I am minority here, but I like Aikman and Buck for Packer games. I think they are crisp and clean. I live in Minnesota and the Vikings usually get the 3rd and 4th Fox crews and they hideous, although better than anyone on CBS. Phil Simms is the one I cannot stand to listen to.

They definitely say things that irk me at times, but what crew doesn't? Overall I think they're pretty good though , as you said those other B, C,D teams are bad in their own way.

I think most of the hate comes from Aikmen and co beating us so much in the early 90's. Then him calling out just how detrimental Favres style of play could be at times when he became a broadcaster. But he wasn't exactly wrong and that was then. I'm over it

Sometimes I feel we read too much into certain things that are said up in the box. A lot of us can really turn into homers on Sunday.

I think it's funny how all fans think the announcers hate their team or have a bias. Living in Broncos country I hear the exact same complaints from Denver fans about Buck and Aikman that I hear from Packer fans.

So I wonder what would happen if they called a Broncos Packers game. A tear in the space time continuum? An implosion causing a black hole the size of Joe Buck's forehead? Would Aikman get concussed just from the thought of the game?

Buck should stick to baseball. He sucks at football and golf. He might also suck at other things I have not seen.

Neither one bothers me. I like Collinsworth and Michaels on SNF. I would like to see Faith Hill as the sideline reporter !

I'm one of those who also likes Aikman, Buck, Collinsworth and Michaels. Bob McGinn, too. They have genuine credibility as long-standing professionals. Some of their harshest amateur critics not so much. ;)

Unlike a wife, none of the above have proven to be correct 100% of the time.

They don't bother me either. Most of the time they seem to call it like they see it. I really would not want to see Packer homers calling the game although I would often like comments on the less known players e.g., special team plays.

You might want to listen to Wayne Larivee and Larry McCarren on the Packers radio network in this case.

I just don't love buck as an announcer. I don't think he hates the Packers. Aikman on the other hand is pretty bad in my mind. He seems to try to be neutral but when a questionable call arises he almost always seems to side against the Packers. I could be wrong.

However we have had announcers biased toward the Packers and our players like Madden and Gruden

NFL Network preseason replay uses local team announcers

Yes...I think that's it. The games I saw were replays on the NFL channel. The announcers did say it was the Packer network.

From the mid 60's to the mid 90's I was only able to see 3 to 5 Packer games a year. Now I have not missed one since 96. Thanks to satellite.

I really enjoy Gruden and Terico. I don't think Aikman is bad, but I cannot stand Buck on the other hand. Love Michaels but Collinsworth is hard to tolerate sometimes.

During the 60s my father bought a short wave radio and we listened to all the games. I think it was over the Armed Forces network.

Completely agree with regard to Buck/Aikman. I enjoy listening to both of them calling Pack games and never bought that stuff about how they supposedly hate Green Bay. Just my two cents.
