My opinion is that you guys have the guy who will take over the torch, and in many ways already has...but right now your splitting hairs. [QUOTE="Vinniemack84, post: 394348, member: 5483"] First, I'm a Patriots fan thru and thru so I'll get that out of the way right now. I'm also a huge fan of aaron Rodgers and think he is the only QB i've seen not named Brady and Manning to be in their class. He still needs to keep it up for a long time in order to truly enter that debate, however as packers fans you guys should just be thankful that your entering the age of Rodgers standing alone, as Brady and Manning start to enter the twilight of their careers. Now, onto the topic. This season Rodgers and Brady seem all but unbeatable. I know the Bills knocked off the Pats, but as someone who has seen every game Brady ever played live I can tell you that even with 4 ints (which we can agree happens once every 4 or 5 years with Brady) Brady looked as ice cold as I've ever seen him. Its been a few years since Brady has looked like this. Never mind the stats, Brady has been lit up a lot this year, and unlike the last two seasons after his knee injury he isn't going into gun-shy mode. He stands up and he gets fired up like he did pre-2008. He drove us down the field and tied it, but a bone headed tackle made by our D kept the ball from being back in his hands for the win. That said, Rodgers is also ice cold. I get the feeling every time he drops back that he is going to complete the ball. He is scary good. It is early in the year, but I have this strange feeling that we are going to get to see these two guys go head to head this year...if you know what I mean. I'm anxious to see how your team responds when it gets slowed down. i got a feeling you won't lose but maybe 1 or 2 games this year...and I'm really curios to see a game when your team struggles as a whole and finds itself down a Td late. As of now, I don't see a lot of trouble on your schedule. It is sad that this becomes the debate though, cause I love to watch Manning play...but unfortunately all anyone wants to talk about is who is better between him and Brady. Instead of just enjoying two of the best ever in their primes. Now it looks like Manning has fallen out of that discussion and Rodgers has stepped in...I have no doubt you will all become tired of this debate within a few years as I became of the Manning v Brady debate. it's a shame because you will probably be driven to hate Brady after hearing this argument over and over and over.
