Shoot I'm for restructuring Lazards space right now carrying $2.4M of space now, voiding that amount over four years to hit in 2023....that is nearly $10M in space now to make a deal on Jenkins more affordable or if we do nothing with it, we now carry forward $2.4M and that negates the voided years of the restructure.</blockquote>
