Message: <blockquote data-quote="Patriotplayer90" data-source="post: 739049" data-attributes="member: 11307">Is anyone else pretty underwhelmed by Davante Adams?  Besides some garbage time production against Atlanta, he's essentially been a role player in the offense.  3 catches in each of our 2 wins.  In a game such as the last one, I would have expected him to be the one to take over with Cobb out, instead of a second year undrafted WR.  Nelson is still good, but I'm not sure he can be the bona fide #1 guy, and he hasn't been yet this season.  With Cobb simply being an efficient slot, Adams having some flashy skills but looking like a pretty basic #2 otherwise, and Bennett looking like Richard Rodgers with better blocking skills and brick hands, I'm not too excited about this either group now or in the future.</blockquote>
