Few if any rb's in this league have his combination of burst and vision. He's the real deal, but will always be limited in his snaps due to his small size. His sample size is large enough to say that his ypc is no fluke. Since he needs to be limited in total touches, I like using Williams as a 3rd down back. He blocks well, and can get a yard when you need it.
