I'd say Gute when he spends solid draft picks on guys along the offensive front he pegs guys that are going to in their rookie contract provide starting level play.</p><p></p><p>Only two of those four were Top 50 picks and one was 8 from 100.</p><p></p><p><strong>Of those remaining guys that were Day3s...let's discuss some of the guys that included:</strong></p><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>Zach Tom </strong>at 140th in 2022 is set to likely get a market setting or darn near that contract for right tackles because how good he has been.</p><p><strong>Rasheed Walker</strong> at 249th in 2022 is going to make bank, as he has turned into a solid LT starter in the league with already 32 starts to his name there.</p><p><strong>Cole Van Lanen</strong> at 214th in 2021 was traded to the Jaguars and is still active. He started 3 games for the Jags.</p><p><strong>Jon Runyan</strong> at 192nd in 2020 started for GB 50 times and only missed one game his sophomore season. He got a $10M/yr deal to be NYG starting guard in 2024.</p><p><strong>Royce Newman</strong> at 142nd in 2021 started for GB his rookie year 16 times at RG. Started 8 more times the next two seasons.
