[QUOTE="DoURant, post: 1033879, member: 12388"] Nah, you're good bud, there's no need to be embarrassed, the Amish mock draft contest is a fun Packers Forum activity, and the more participants the better. The NFL Draft is like a box of chocolates.... you never know what you will get. I've never won the contest, I think this year was just the 2nd time I picked 3 right. Now, if I could just harness the amount of edits I do of my mock, because I just end up really liking new players throughout the process. The Draft is a hobby for me, and probably a few others in here. It's such a great mind exercise, trying to figure out who the Packers will take. There are tendencies, and measureables that our GM likes, and they give you hints along the way with formal visits, pro days attended, Top 30 visits, etc. But, they won't give you everything, because they are playing poker with 31 other teams. The hardest part about the draft, at least for me, is watching players I really, really like, and would love to see the Packers pick, get drafted by another team... especially if it's a North Team.
