In the past four drafts here are the number of draftees by team. Chicago - 32 Detroit - 30 Green Bay - 44 Minnesota- 36 We're getting 2 or in some cases 3 more whacks at the piñata every year on average. Further analysis will come on these picks as I get the chance.

You choose a QB when availability meets draft or trade value. Not when you absolutely need one. No luck involved. Just a lot of hard research and scouting and good coaching. Luck = opportunity + preparation
