I still think he’d be an awesome trio with the two we have, but alas that ship sailed a while ago lol

    2024 Round 4, pick 111: Evan Williams, S, Oregon

I don’t even think clark plays at that. Hefley system uses smaller moveable lineman but ford or slaton or a new plugger for sure is a piece we need. I almost think there is a better chance Slaton gets small extension before Clark does. Clark is I argue the hardest contract decision Gute has had...

    The Jordan Love Era Begins

To be fair Love's extension is based only on one year from a fan's perspective. For those intimately getting to see him, who also many of them witnessed and saw a great in Aaron Rodgers also to draw comparisons (good or bad). If Green Bay signs him to a long term big dollar extension they are...

    2024 Round 4, pick 111: Evan Williams, S, Oregon

What could play out is next year we are stocked but that tippy top shelf is in need of attention...now that could be done by a guy or two stepping up and making it viable to move them up but Clark and Slaton both could be done after this year and each play a very specific level and/or role which...

    The Jordan Love Era Begins

Yeah when speaking to projections of contracts you cannot justify the numbers so you just push it aside and predict based on the market. Which is why regardless of how much folks thought I was nuts I argued that Lazard would get over $8M and he did....man I remember Capt thinking was insane for...

    The Jordan Love Era Begins

I will say if GB gets Love to take less guaranteed, I think that means it is going to be a longer extension unlike what some are thinking. Essentially the "shell" I think is 4/200 or 5/250 or 6/300....now how you move shells around of money as far as guarantees (maybe lower with some incentives...

    2024 3rd round #88 MarShawn Lloyd RB

I don't think anyone thought last year he was more ready for the offense than Taylor was however - if I made it seem so that was my fault as that was never the intent. He was released from the Broncos after rookie minicamp - UDFAs from a small school, we aren't talking about anything more than...

    2024 3rd round #88 MarShawn Lloyd RB

After just one season to lock in a comp of a guy that's just not appropriate in my opinion. Also I wouldn't honestly expect a RB3 behind two for sure guys ahead of him to only get 20-30 or so carries in a season unless a massive injury issue happened. Also you have to remember Patrick Taylor...

    2024 3rd round #88 MarShawn Lloyd RB

For me it was his read and react and ability to somehow slip outside and create a seam along the edge at times that was special. Statwise... Also those stats are freaking good truthfully in the preseason but it wasn't just his preseason. As the clear #3 he still put up 85 yards on 14 attempts...

    Assessing the Draft Class (2024)

I fought with folks at the draft of him saying he wasn’t a receiver option. Dillon has constantly proven to have exceptional hands and ability to catch the ball from Rodgers and now Love. Dillon’s hands are never going to be the issue, it’s the mileage on his legs and if his body is able to me.

Truthfully yes, I believe the film backs this up as well. I would say now, rewind two or three seasons perhaps not.

Yup, I remember getting a lot of push back to that concept when I breeched it even before last year. Few of you others have also seen that as a viable option.

Truthfully from all accounts Dillon is in better shape and feeling great compared to last couple years. I wouldn’t be shocked at all if we see him be the teams #2 but I expect it’s gonna be a Jacobs RB1 and Dillon and Lloyd by years end RB2a/b

I’m not saying it cannot be done, I’m just saying MLF system doesn’t ask any of those types to do that. I actually think Sims is likely to be kept over Davis.

Yup and I put his floor at a Jamaal Williams type depth guy. Which is not shabby either. I mean this from a production point not that they are built the same.
